Don't expect me to be online that often lol. I work fulltime for the past and the next couple of weeks (vacation), and at night I like to do some work-out or running and stuff.

I do that too ;o. Every day at 8 PM I run 5,4 km. I started doing this like, 7 days ago. I've yet to see any results though ;D, other than my stamina is better but that's all.

hehe, I don't know what your goal is. Stamina or losing weight/fat. The first one is noticable quite soon (although you lose it quite soon after not running for like 2 weeks....it'll come back...), but losing weight or body fat requires a little more time. Not to mention watching what the fuck you eat. My mother is kind of complaining because I started exercising a lot like little over a half a year ago, now that I'm also paying attention to what I eat....lol....lol...
